Hey All, I'm Kaotica still. This blog is just to help me be more me. What's Hiding Underneath the layers of unhealthy fat on me. I am doing multiple things to lose this weight in hopes it will work out. I am doing a meal plan called Body By Visalus. It's basically a smoothie you make twice a day and it replaces a meal. I know people who it has worked wonders for so it will do no harm to try since it still nourishes me. I am open to ideas and feedback so go ahead and say something:) thanks!
